Dear ADARA members, presenters, and sponsors:

Thank you for your patience as we navigated a wide variety of factors related to the COVID-19 pandemic and worked with our hotel, Verve Hotel Boston-Natick, located in Massachusetts as well as the 2020 ADARA Breakout facilitators. Due to recent guidelines by CDC, WHO, the United States Government, and the statewide travel bans that have been implemented by state governments, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Breakout Conference. We regret any inconvenience to you and we will refund your conference registration as well as monetary sponsorships. Please contact registration@adara2020.com or sponsors@adara2020.com for steps to receive your refund. Please also contact the hotel to cancel your room reservations via their website or call them directly at 508-653-8800. For flights, you will need to contact your airline carrier to either get a refund or credit for future travel.

The ADARA board and I would like to give a tremendous handwave to The Learning Center for the Deaf (TLC) for all of their hard work in coordinating this conference on behalf of ADARA. The TLC staff truly worked very hard, under some very difficult circumstances, to coordinate logistics, and we all appreciate them!

At this time, we will be hosting our 2021 conference on March 21-26, 2021 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Please look for updates in our newsletter, social media, and website over the next few months.
